Journal of Logistics, Informatics and Service Science (LISS) (ISSN 2409-2665) aims to provide a refereed and authoritative source of information in the field of system and management sciences. LISS is seeking to establish channels of communication between government departments, industrial executive and academic experts in the field.

Sponsored by Beijing Jiaotong University, LISS publishes twice a year since 2013. LISS also an official publication of the International Conference of Logistics, Informatics and Service Science (LISS Conference).

Objectives

The objectives of LISS are to develop, promote and coordinate the theories and practice of logistics, informatics and service science. It also aims to help professionals working in the field, engineering and business educators and policy-makers to contribute, to disseminate information and to learn from each other's work. LISS emphasizes on its international dimension in order to overcome cultural and national barriers and to meet the needs of accelerating global changes in a globalization age.

Readership

LISS provides a channel to help professionals, academics, researchers and policy makers, working in the field of logistics, industrial engineering, information systems, informatics and service management to disseminate information and to learn from each other's work.

Contents

LISS publishes original papers, review papers, technical reports, case studies, conference reports, management reports, book reviews, notes, commentaries, and news. Special Issues devoted to important topics in engineering, system and management will occasionally be published.

Commentaries on papers and reports published in LISS are encouraged. Authors will have the opportunity to respond to the commentary on their works before the entire treatment is published. Contribution may be by submission or invitation, and suggestions for special issues and publications are welcomed.

All papers are refereed through a double blind process. A guide for authors, sample copies and other relevant information for submitting papers are available on the Papers Submission section  Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
